We took our award-winning Iron Smoke Straight Bourbon Whiskey and put it to work in a slow-simmered barbecue sauce built for serious flavor. With oak-aged bourbon, apple wood-smoked wheat, and a carefully balanced blend of sweet and smoky ingredients, this sauce brings a rich bourbon character and subtle oak undertones to every bite.
Slather it on ribs, brush it over chicken, glaze your pulled pork, or pour it on your favorite burger. Beef, pork, poultry—or pretty much anything coming off the grill—this sauce was made for it.
